Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your session fee includes 3 digital images with your products. Upgrades are available to purchase more.

  • An online gallery of soft proofs will be delivered via emailed within 3-5 business days for you to make your selects

  • Yes! The day of your session I will go through the design options with you!

  • In the event the client cancels the session or fails to attend the session date for any reason, the session fee is non refundable.

    Any late arrivals will only have the remainder of the allotted time to use for the session

  • Only the images purchased after the session will be backed up and stored. It is recommended that all decision parties be involved to ensure you're selecting all of your favorites since only those will be saved!

  • Not at all! You will have all you need for the perfect holiday card. Upgrade options do not need to be finalized until you are selecting your images.

  • Because Holiday cards are time sensitive, and I want to ensure you get them in a timely manner. All image selections, card details and upgrades must be completed within 1 week after you receive the gallery link.
